While waiting at the French Legation Museum to see Camera Obscura during SXSW we stumbled upon a performance by Efterklang. These guys were the highlight of SXSW this year for me. You know, besides free Southern Comfort, Dewar's, and not having to go downtown for a show. Oh, and that Kanye dude.

This video is a Take-Away Show that Efterklang did a while back for LABLOGOTHEQUE. They start slow, but hang in there, it gets better and better.

My new favorite shopping destination is Nasty Gal out of Berkeley. They have a great online selection of vintage and new items at reasonable prices. Kind of reminds me of a an independent Urban Outfitters, but much better I assure you. They also have a blog and use a great font. What more can I say? Shop Nasty Gal Dot Com

A.P.C. has a karaoke DVD? Yeah. The DVD features Ramones, Stooges, Kinks, and some guilty pleasures like Spice Girls and Madonna. All accompanied by images filmed off the coast of Greenland. I kind of enjoy those cheesy Asian videos with my karaoke, but Greenland will do.
